Since March 1996 Porsche started using Pentosin CHF11S fluid instead of the Automatic Transmission fluid (ATF) previously used, Pentosin and ATF are miscible (can be mixed together) therefore Pentosin can be used to top up or fill older model cars using ATF, however cars originally fitted with Pentosin systems should only use Pentosin when Power steering fluid is needed.
